Welcome to Wallevo. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Terms

• By placing an order with Wallevo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our website, products, or services at any time without prior notice.

• Any violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to our services.

2. Product Information & Pricing

• We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes.

• Promotions, discounts, and special offers are available for a limited time and may be withdrawn at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors

  • Stock unavailability

• For prepaid orders, full payment must be received before processing.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

• Wallevo is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Return & Replacement Policy

• Returns can be requested within 3 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• A proper unboxing video is mandatory while opening the parcel. The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed parcel before opening

  • The complete unboxing process

  • The condition of the product

• Without a valid unboxing video, no return or damage claim will be accepted.

• After 3 days of delivery, no return request will be entertained.

Custom Frames

• Custom-designed frames are non-refundable.

• In case of damage (with proper video proof), we will provide replacement only.

• Refunds are not available for custom frames.

Store Products

• All store products are non-refundable.

• Only return/replacement is allowed if conditions are met.

Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

• The customer must ship the item back to our provided address at their own expense.

• Once approved and inspected, Wallevo will send the replacement without additional delivery charges.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at contact.wallevopk@gmail.com.

• After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs are the exclusive property of Wallevo.

• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Wallevo is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.

9. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and keep all customer information secure and confidential.

• Personal information is only used for order processing, delivery, and legal compliance.

• We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.
