Order Processing Time

• Standard Orders: Processed within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

• Custom Frames: Require 4–8 business days for production before dispatch.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may slightly vary.

Shipping Charges

• We offer Free Shipping across Pakistan.

• In case of re-shipping due to failed delivery or incorrect details, additional charges may apply.

Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

• Major Cities: 3–5 business days

• Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

• Custom Frames: 7–10 business days (including production time)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

• You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Partner

• We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe and secure delivery.

• Wallevo is not responsible for courier delays caused by weather conditions, strikes, or operational issues beyond our control.

Failed Delivery Attempts

• If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Phone not reachable

  The courier will attempt delivery up to two times.

• If delivery fails after attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.

• Additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatching the order.

Damaged Parcel Upon Delivery

• Customers must record a proper unboxing video while opening the parcel.

• Any damage claim without video proof will not be entertained.

• Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
